Every single vehicle in my event planning business and my junk hauling business is serviced by Andy’s crew. Not only do they keep my vehicles in great shape, but they always foresee any problems that I may have in the future so I can plan for them. I’ve been taking all of my vehicles to them since well before my daughter was born, and she’ll be 15 this year. Aside from the great work they do, Andy, Justin, and Doug always treat me with kindness, respect, and we always share a good laugh no matter what kind of mood I may be in. All of my friends and family take their vehicles to Andy and his crew because, as one of his awesome techs put it, I “never stop talking” about them.

I needed an inspection done on my vehicle. I had gone to several places and they told me it would be 3 hours before they could get to it. When I arrived at Austin Automotive they told me the guy that does inspections was at lunch and would be back in a few minutes and would inspect my car the minute he came back. He got there did my inspection and got me out of there in a timely manner.

Service was prompt and satisfactory.
