Andy and the team at the Round Rock location were very quick and efficient! Overall the pricing was not bad, considering ALL the work I was having done. They communicated and even sent pictures every step of the way, so there were no surprises. Top notch service here.

I had my car towed because it wouldn't shift into gear there. They told me it was a censor I mentioned to them that the gentleman from the tow truck company showed me where it was broken. They said well we can only fix what we see. So, apparently me and the tow guy saw it and they didn't they hooked it up to a computer and saw the censor I paid $400 bucks and now have to pay for them to tow it back to them. I am definitely not recommending this place to anyone

Clay was willing to take my vehicle in late in the day to replace my brake light!

Went in late in the day due to engine overheating. AAS was able to find the issue and fix by the next morning. Cost was high for this type of repair though, i feel like we paid about 100 more than what is customary for such a standard small hose replacement. Diagnosis fee shoud have been applied to the repair cost like most auto repair shops I dont live in Austin so my options were limited.

They took good care of our vehicles. I had to take mine and my daughters. They were honest with the quotes. They took us in really quick. I definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking for a local automotive repair shop.

After being told by another automotive shop that my front brakes needed replacing I opted for a second opinion. Austin Automotive Specialists was recommended and Jerome Lawrence came to my rescue! Nothing was wrong with my front brakes, it was my back brakes and they were able to turn rotors and save me money! Professional and most importantly I appreciated the honesty and will continue to do business here with all of my family cars.
