Pulled in my vehicle to get state inspection done and it was on time as promised though I had no appointment. Highly recommend service.

Thank you for the STARS!

I have a 2005 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. They tried to charge me $832 to replace the thermostat housing. This is a plastic part that costs $37 at O’Reilly’s Auto Parts. I knew they were trying to rip me off so I told them I didn’t want to use them and that I’ll just have to figure something else out. Clay then tried to charge me $65 for a diagnostic fee. I told him I won’t be paying anything since you are attempting to rip me off. Clay then became very angry and began swearing at me. He didn’t like being called out. I went to get my keys from him after he finally pulled my truck out of the shop. He acted like he was going to hand the keys to me then just dropped them on the ground in the parking lot and walked away. Do not use this shop for vehicle repair!! These guys are out to rip anyone off in order to make a fat commission check. Very disappointing.

Danny you worked for us before. As an EX Employee you well know there is always a charge for a cooling system check As far as parts go you know their is a big difference in quality as well as components. Proper repairs require more than a single part as you well know from turning wrenches yourself. Your misleading 1 star will be drown out by the legitimate 5 stars.

Original review: Austin’s Automotive is honestly top of the line service. I refuse to take my car anywhere else. Clay is always very friendly, and he remembers me when I come in. They are always great at letting me know what’s necessary and what’s suggested since I’m a broke college kid. Always great service, great people, and I’ll never go anywhere else. Updated review: Once again, Clay and Ryan are the best! Took my car in for an oil change before work, and they were packed as usual. The team got me in and out at about 30 minutes and were super friendly! Austin's automotive is the best around!

Did a fantastic and thorough job. Most other places always seem to never put your vehicle completely back together or wipe clean excess oil that eventually drips onto the garage floor. Well this location did the job right! Would highly recommend.

Thank you Leonard. We do it right!

Jerome did a great job in personally ensuring my engine was fixed. This was a difficult diagnosis for a cylinder misfire code, but he made sure the root cause was taken care of. Professional quality work and very reasonable price. Thanks Jerome

Thank you Karma. We make sure it's fixed correctly.

Courteous, honest and efficient. They won't deceive trying to sell you something the car doesn't need. Will keep on maintaining my car there.

Thank you Regino. We only recommend needed services.
