Made an appointment by phone, brought my vehicle in for a repair covered by Austin Automotive Warrenty. They were on time, replaced the part quickly while I waited, and had great customer service. Very pleased with the service and would recommend them to others.

Never had to get my fixed- EVER, and i was terrified primarily because im a woman and usually mechanic shops take advantage of the ignorance most women have when it comes their vehicles lol! But these were the most patient, sweet, communicative guys i had encountered in a WHILE. I even had financial difficulties and my car had to sit for an extra two weeks and they were still SO nice. If you want a place that will make you feel comfortable and keep communication and work with you, Austin automotive is the place to go. Also im a REAL customer lol not some family member because i know i get skeptical with reviews if they're "too good".

I had my car inspected this week at Austin Automotive Specialists on 620 (Hudson Bend area) and had the BEST customer service! I want to give a shout-out to Chris, AAS is blessed to have him caring for their clients and the young man who did my inspection also did a great job! I called before heading over to make sure they had the staff and time to do it, and had the best experience especially since it was close to closing time. I highly recommend!

They were able to diagnose an electrical problem I had with my headlights and fix it before the day was out, even though they were booked they made time for me. Great service and a pleasant experience!

This company was not able to solve my problem because it had to go through the dealer. They examined the warnings that I had & determined that they couldn't fix the problem. They were very helpful. I will use them again when I have another problem with my Mercedes.
