My daughter went in for oil change. The said a lot of things was wrong with car and wanted to take car of immediately for $800 . My daughter called me so I told her ill look at paper work when I get off. They refuse to give her keys saying it was dangerous to drive. .....She drove there so I didn't understand! They insisted on me leaving car there and towing car of their parking lot... They said they would take her home in their business vehicle. GREAT! 20 minutes later my text me and ask how was she getting home. They gave her the keys and she drove home! Car sounded worse then when she brought it there. Bad customer service. And I hope that they didn't do anything extra to the car for it to be worse! I will find out from my mechanic.

We are sorry you were unhappy with your visit. Your daughter brought her car in and it was obvious to us there was severe issues with her brakes. She approved for us to inspect and find out what was going on. We found she had not only gone metal to metal but the pad had ground down and fell out. The caliper piston was grinding down almost through the Brake rotor. The piston was on the verge of popping out of the caliper and losing all you brake fluid making the vehicle unable to brake. We did not say she could not take it. However with the condition the car was in it was Unsafe to say the least. So, we recommended she have it fixed or towed for her own safety. I would never let one of my children drive a car in that condition. Exposing them and others to possible injury or death.

I asked if they were in the AAA repair network and they lied to me. Just confirmed with my AAA adjuster that they are not in the network. Straight up lied to my face to get the business and did a poor job on the repair that I had to sent to a REAL AAA approved repair shop.

The customer service was good, everyone was friendly. The only bad note was when I picked up my vehicle I saw that the engine was left on and was concerned about my battery.

Thank you for your review Alberto. The tech must have left the car in the on position. I have accidently dome that to my own push button to start truck with no consequences. However I can understand your concern and that it should not have happened in the first place.

Overall I was satisfied with the work I guess. There was a couple things they could have done better. I took my car in at 7:45 am and was told it would only take 30-45 minutes to diagnose and then another hour and a half to complete the repair but i came back at 330pm and it still was not complete. Which was fine... things happen. I would however rather they just called me to tell me what was going on and things were delayed. Secondly, when I came back today to pick up my car I was told yesterday a coupon would be applied and it wasn't. I was disappointed with that too.
