I have a trip coming up out of state, and recently noticed that there was a panel under my car that was dragging on one side. I could see enough to tell it needed to be re-bolted, but there was no way to do it myself. I showed up this morning right at opening without an appointment and asked if they could help. They got me in immediately, fixed the issue, and I was on my way within 20 minutes. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful! I will absolutely be using them again for my future vehicle needs. Update: took the car in to my usual very trusted mechanic that ive been using for 10 years for a suspension Squeak. The mechanic said there were many issues with the car that were very obvious and obviously caused by an accident. I originally took my car Austin automotive for a buyers inspection and they told me that they couldn't even tell it had been in an accident and was in immaculate condition. Curiously enough, Austin Automotive didn't charge for the buyers inspection so I'm wondering if they even did it at all, or if maybe they made a deal with the shop next door that was selling the car. Hypothetically of course for legal reasons. Don't trust this place. Very quick buyers inspection. Took pictures of the heat spots on the roaters.

I have gone to this location twice! Once back on February and most recently in June. If you need anything specific let them know. The first time my car was overheating. My thermostat needed replacement among a few other things. I liked that they only did what they needed to. No upselling, just what you need to be safe on the road. The work cost me way less than my friend who went to another shop. She had a newer car but still. Her replacement was 2k more than what I paid. In June I needed an inspection. Instead of running inspection I wanted to ensure nothing was wrong. Paid to have them run a full diagnosis on the car. They told me what I needed to fix to pass inspection. They had my car fixed within 24 hours! I had to drive it a little bit before running it through inspection. Passed with flying colors. This will be my new auto shop moving forward. They are very understanding and do their best to help their clients. No word games or nonsense. Their actions match their energy. Keep up the good work!

i brought vehicle to get all mechanicals check out as recently purchased used. Set up 12noon to drop off. Left car before noon to be checked out . Came back after 4 PM. Did not appear vehicle was looked at. Got keys and left as guy at desk was not in. technician closed out
