I called them and had my car towed to them because I had a dead battery and an authorized BMW service center/mechanic must be used. I had a warranty on my battery and they took it back to the auto parts store and got mean new battery. They did charge me more than they quoted. However, I did have them check for a coolant leak. Their personalities were great and friendly. I will use them again.

This was my 2nd time trusting Austin's Automotive Specialistss with one of my vehicles and it was because of the initial great experience that I decided to do so. Each time they were very willing to provide quotes and talk to me about the exact work to be performed. And, of course, the pricing for all tasks was much, much lower than that of the dealership without compromising the quality of the work.

I have been going to AAS for several years now and have always need extremely satisfied. Every time I've had a quote for work it always seems to be less than I was expecting. Just took my wife's car in the other day with battery/alternator/starter issues (or at least that's what I was told by someone else) and I left the shop with a bill for $72 to change a battery terminal. They could have easily said it was the alternator or starter or something else, but they are very honest people there. I could not recommend them enough.

My first time to use these guys, and I had a great experience. I had my brakes serviced. The brakes are functioning excellent. I do recommend them and will use them again un the future.

Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service at a fair price. I had several concerns that they checked out for me and put me at ease knowing each one was addressed and had my a/c compressor replaced as well.
