I have finally found a place that is honest and straightforward. By far the best experience I've had as a Single Mother, with a Auto repair shop. I had my AC compressor and a Gas Tank replaced. LOL yes an entire gas tank. The guys here are very professional. I look forward to working with them again.

Over the past 5 years I have taken both of my vehicles to be serviced at Austin Automotive. They have done routine maintenance and major work like internal knock sensors & a rear main seal. I will continue to take my vehicles to them for maintenance.

This place is awesome. We followed Ryan from his last location because he is honest & very professional. Very good at his job and always courteous. I’ve never had my service delayed. They get the job done & get it done in a timely manner. The quality and efficiency of their work cannot me matched.

Had an issue with my A.C. and contacted Austin Automotive Specialists. I had the pleasure of speaking to Andy the Shop Manager. I was able to explain the issue I was having, in which he provided me with the process along with a timeframe to reach a proper diagnosis. He contacted me before the provided time frame with the issue and the cost to alleviate it. They performed an excellent service with amazing quality. I highly recommend the William Cannon location and their Shop Manager Andy to anyone looking to making a frustrating situation go smoothly!!!

Easy to set up an appointment, took only 30min maximum for them to inspect my car for the registration renewal. Other places were quoting me 2hr+ wait times so I really appreciated the short wait. Definitely worth it, will go back for my next inspection.
