Fantastic no-hassle service! First they were able to get me in same day for an annual vehicle inspection. (This is note worthy bc another business had given me the run around for weeks.) Second, after the inspection I noticed the gas cap tether had broken. I called, they had me come in. They were able to check it out, get the replacement part, and fix it all in the same day! I didnt have an appointment and had zero wait time for both services. They were very understanding and helpful. I definitely recommend Austin's Automotive Specialists on Parmer. They're a great group!

I went in expecting the worst when my battery terminal was so corroded it was basically useless. When I called they told me to bring it in and they would take a look at it. I brought it in and they were able to fix it the same day for a super reasonable price. I have had many things done here but their customer service was amazing and they helped me out when I needed it.
