TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS AND COMMUNITY
Due to the current response to COVID-19 we at Austin's Automotive Specialists are operating under a different set of circumstances than usual. We aim to continue to keep our staff and customers, as well as the general public, as safe as possible. While yielding to experts on the safest and best practices, we feel our changes can be made and we will continue to operate with a few changes.
First, we are adhering to all recommended social distancing guidelines at all of our locations. We are limiting traffic in all of our waiting rooms and we will be communicating with all customers for when they will be able to wait for quick service.
Currently, our policy is any repair that takes longer than 30 minutes a customer should expect to drop off their vehicle and return later to pick it up. All vehicles will be cleaned and disinfected upon receipt and before delivery to a customer.
We understand this is a difficult time for many people in our community. We are operating as an essential service and we aim to continue to offer safe and professional auto repair services to the Austin area.
